Therapy can help people of all ages live healthier, more connected and productive lives.  Many people start therapy because they are burned out at work, having difficulty making healthy choices, or are struggling in a relationship.  My therapy sessions are designed to create a safe place to explore problems and provide you with effective tools to get unstuck. Through the use of CBT, mindfulness and collaborative conversation, you can develop life-changing habits to help cope with life’s various obstacles.  All sessions are completed online via secure video chat. You must be in a state where we are licensed to provide services.  Currently New Jersey, Oregon, Pennsylvania and Washington States.



In therapy sessions we’ll work to understand the context of current problems and identify the patterns of thought and behavior which perpetuate them.
